OUR VISION: An engaged and unified community that explores and embraces Pilipin@/Pilipin@ American identities, fosters personal and collective growth through relevant education, advocates for social justice in coalition with other communities, and creates a sense of family within and beyond the university.
WORKING MISSION STATEMENT 2007-2008: Samahang Pilipino: 1) educates, organizes, and advocates for the Pilipin@/Pilipin@ American community on and off campus; 2) is an inclusive and open environment that promotes diversity through relevant education to cultivate personal and collective identity/growth; 3) works to create a sense of family and appreciation for all cultures as we create progressive social change.

The 2nd Annual Breaking It Downe: Speak Up, Speak Out!

Get ready for a night of spoken word artist, campus advocates, and student leaders. The event will both challenge your current perspective and engage you in the current issues facing the LGBT Asian Community! The panel will discussing issues in regards to family, campus advocacy, empowerment, facing cultural taboos, and much more!
