OUR VISION: A unified and self-sustaining community that explores and embraces Pilipin@/Pilipin@ American identities, fosters personal and collective growth through relevant education, advocates for social justice and self-determination in coalition with other communities, and creates a supportive family within and beyond the university.
WORKING MISSION STATEMENT 2008-2009: Samahang Pilipino: 1) engages, organizes, and advocates for the Pilipin@/Pilipin@ American community on and off campus; 2) creates an inclusive and open environment in which we can educate one another about our unique cultures and experiences; 3) cultivates investment socially, politicaly, academically, and culturally, within and beyond our community.

Come join Samahang Pilipino for its last general meeting for the quarter!

Tie together what we have learned as we consider this meeting's topic, "Thinking Globally, Acting Locally." What is peer organizing and how effective is it? What achievements have students achieved in the past and what can we do to fight for progress?

Date: Friday, March 6
Time: 6 to 8 PM
Location: Kerckhoff State Rooms

Close out the quarter knowing that you as a student can help make a world of change.
